Flocked Profiles for Window and Door Frames

What are flocked profiles and why are they used for the construction of window and door frames? In a typical process, a profile frame is stretched onto an insert frame and then passed through a spray booth, gallows-shaped frame, and climate cabin with flocking device. Each profile is then held in an insert frame while it passes through successive stages of preheating, spray booth, and climate cabin with flocking device. Afterwards, the profiles are passed through a supply station.

A flocked profile is created by coating a surface with short textile fibers that restrict the application of adhesives. This process can be used for both rubber and nylon profiles, which are available in 60shore A to 90shore A. Nylon fiber is available in lengths from 0.50mm to 0.75mm and 3.3 detax. A flocked profile is easy to apply, and requires no additional tools. Flocked profiles are also suitable for automotive applications, where they are used for door and window panels.

When used on windows and doors, flocked tapes can dramatically increase performance while reducing the so-called quality costs. Because it doesn't limit the cross-linking time, flocking tapes can be inserted into the profile without sacrificing quality. Furthermore, because they require less space than flocking, they also allow manufacturers to increase their extrusion speed. So, if you want to buy flocked profiles, read on!

An angled corner profile is a profile with a curved, molded, or angled corner. It is made from a thermoplastic material or elastomerem. A curved or vulcanized corner can be used as well. In some cases, a curved corner profile is used to create a more elegant look. The corners of Flocked profiles can be shaped in any way, so that the profile is able to meet your design requirements.

The construction process begins with a cut through a karussell table. Next, the vertikale abstutzung carries two rolls 6 that are connected to two separate schie nen. The open U-form blechrins are then attached to the schie nen 3 and four. These blechrins capture segments 28 of the actual to be flocking profile.
